Interview Studio turns your résumé into a story bank. Then, in the interview, it hears the question and puts the line to open with and the beats that follow on screen — with your own numbers in them.
“How would you improve a grocery delivery app for busy parents?”
“A critical dependency will miss the launch date. How would you recover the program?”
All four are fixable — with the right line in front of you at the right moment.
Drop in every résumé version you have, plus transcripts and coaching notes if you kept them. It pulls out your stories and the numbers you can defend, maps them to the ten signals interviewers score, and flags figures that disagree between versions.
Paste the posting; get a tailored résumé and an eleven-point ATS check. Every bullet links back to your own material — no evidence, no bullet. Download as Word or PDF.
Recruiter, hiring manager, product sense, execution, bar-raiser, founder and a take-home case panel. They speak, listen and probe when you skip the decision or the number. Questions come from the job description, your weakest signals and a question bank that spans the whole loop, from recruiter screen to take-home case. Every answer is scored, with three fixes after each session.
Rehearse first if you like: nothing cuts you off, the cue card is on screen, and afterwards your opening is compared with the card’s.
Share the call's tab and Studio listens to the interviewer — on this computer only; their voice and words never leave it. When they finish a question, your card is on screen — opening line, beats, your own figures — in a small window next to your camera. Prefer not to? Wear earbuds and restate the question yourself. No transcript is kept.
Some companies say in writing that AI assistance during an interview isn’t allowed. Whether to use live cue cards in a given interview is your call, per company — check first. If you let it listen to the interviewer, check whether you need their agreement: in California and about a dozen other US states, everyone on a call has to consent to it being transcribed. The profile, résumé, practice and rehearsal parts carry no such question.
Live mode records no audio and keeps no transcript. If you let it listen to the interviewer, the call's sound is turned into text on your computer only — never recorded, never sent to us or anyone else — and discarded when the session ends. At the end you can keep a scorecard — scores, topics, a one-line note per answer and three fixes — or discard everything. Your browser’s speech recognition turns your voice into text (Chrome through Google, Edge through Microsoft). Rehearse records your voice so you can play it back, unless you switch that off; the recording stays in your browser.
It keeps working to the end of the month you’ve paid for; then the AI features stop. Nothing is deleted at your end: your profile, résumés and scorecards stay in your browser, the app still opens, and you can export them from Settings (voice recordings aren’t included in the export).
The text a feature needs, on its way to the AI model (Anthropic) and back — for example the résumés and transcripts you add when you build your profile (including anything other people said in a transcript), or the question and your answer when a session is scored. We don’t store it. Our server keeps one small licence record: your email, your subscription and renewal agreement, usage totals and up to three browser ids; our host keeps standard request logs for up to 30 days. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.
It’s built not to. Cue cards use the stories and figures in your own profile; the résumé builder won’t write a bullet without evidence from your material, and anything it can’t source is flagged for you to check.
The question types and answer shapes come from senior product and program interviews, so that’s where it’s sharpest. The structure — headline first, your decision, a number, stop — travels to most senior roles.
Windows yes, in Chrome or Edge; phones no. Your licence works in up to three browsers (a private window or cleared site data counts as a new one — email us to reset them); export your profile from Settings in one and import it in another.
